Detox Options

B3 (Niacin), Excercise, Sweat Program used by 911 Firefighters and Vietnam agent orange Vets-Dr Yu

Basics:

  1. Consult with your doctor if B3 protocol is good for you. B3 has some warnings
  2. Take “flush” (not non flush) B3(Niacin)  in doses of 50 mg, 100 mg, 250 mg-500mg -slowly upping doses to get use to flushing before exercise-2 times a week
  3.  then either Exercise -sweating at least 40 minutes minimum-interval cardio is best
  4.  or/and Hit any type of sauna and sweat ! *Shower the impurities off (don’t let them dry or get back into pores)

*Take the “flush” niacin- the “non flush” niacin does not bring impurities to surface of the skin; It is harder to find in stores. Sobeys has it regularly-the “flush” variety

*Additional -Take Charcoal (avail at Shoppers Drugs) to cleanse GI Tract

*Do this for life or at least one month 4 times a year

*Additional Lemon Juice in Morning or AppleCider Vinegar before meals; 75ml Beet Juice everyday
