The # 1 cause of home fires during wildfires is embers passing through vents and igniting combustibles in attics and interiors. Most vents (homes older then 30 years) need to be replaced as the vents have rusted through. This can also lead to insects (bees, wasps) vermin and birds entering the attic and setting up a home, which you will have to pay to have removed. So you need to install vents anyway.
We sell and/or install fire resistant vents that will increase the survivability of you home significantly. On a scale of 1 to 10 your home will be taken from a 1 to a 7 with this product alone (see note below). Install all of our products and your home will be virtually fire proof (see note below). The cost is generally less then $1000.00 per home for the vents (installed).

Our vents can be adapted to any architecture. Standard styles are: wood (specify species, width and height number and size of holes), retro, new and clay barrel (Spanish style). These are available for chimneys , turbine vents, attic vents, gable vents, dormer vents, roof hugger and flapper style vents (clothes dryer and exhaust).
