Text Box: The # 1 cause of home fires during wildfires is embers passing through vents and igniting combustibles in attics. Most vents (homes older then 20 years) need to be replaced as the have rusted through. This can also lead to insects (bees, wasps) vermin and birds entering the attic and setting up a home, which you will have to pay to have removed. We sell and install fire resistant vents that will increase the survivability of you home significantly. On a scale of 1 to 10 your home will be taken from a 1 to a 7 with this product alone (see note below). Install all of our products and your home will be virtually fire proof (see note below). The cost is generally less then $1000.00 per home for the vents (installed).

We offer a complete line of fencing that is fire resistant and will not act as a ladder fuel.  Ladder fuels are  combustible objects that are a pathway for fire to travel to your home. Fences can extend into the Wild land Urban Interface and actually connect to your building. Like a fuse to a bomb. It is just that the bomb is your home. We offer fire resistant doors, windows and skylights.   We proudly offer Polybau replacement windows and doors.  Single pane windows can break  during wild fires and let the fire into your home.  Older windows , skylights and doors should be replaced with dual or triple pane for energy reasons alone, the fire resistance is an added benefit. We offer a complete line of landscape services, tree trimming and brush control and retardants.  We know the flammability of most plants and trees and can advise you on which plants are dangerous.  Eucalyptus and pine trees are like gasoline next to your house. Removing or trimming trees can significantly increase the survivability of your home.
